  17. BARD

Please sign up for BARD in a web browser (Firefox, chrome, safari, etc.) go to https://nlsbard.loc.gov/login//NLS

1. Click on Bard application instructions

2. Then click Link to BARD application for individuals

3. Select the library FL1M, Pinellas Talking Book Library in Clearwater

4. Fill out your information (name, email, etc.)

5. Submit application

You will receive an email with a temporary password.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive your temporary password.

Log in online (not in the app) tohttps://nlsbard.loc.gov/login/NLSusing your email and the temporary password. It will ask you to change the password. Change your password.

Then you can enter your email and new password in the BARD Mobile app. You will only have to do this once. Now you’re ready to download audiobooks! Follow the instructions in the attached PDF to download books.
